Pricing and Cancellation Policies

Bookings in Off peak Periods

  • From booking confirmation to 7 days before arrival   Cancellation Fee is $20.00;
  • Cancel with less than 7 days notice before arrival Cancellation Fee is the first nights tariff;
  • Moving a booking forward to another date will only be allowed with 7 days notice. The deposit held will be come non refundable if the new booking is cancelled;
  • Changes to the number of nights booked within 7 days of arrival, on arrival or after arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the value of the nights cancelled.

Bookings in Peak Rate Periods (including School Holidays)

  • From booking confirmation to 7 days before arrival   Cancellation Fee is $50.00;
  • Cancel with less than 7 days notice before arrival Cancellation Fee is the first nights tariff;
  • Moving a booking forward to another date will only be allowed with 7 days notice. The deposit held will be come non refundable if the new booking is cancelled;
  • Changes to the number of nights booked within 7 days of arrival, on arrival or after arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the value of the nights cancelled.

Group Bookings

All apartments and The Cottage within a Group Booking of 3 or more properties will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee per property if any one or more are cancelled after a deposit has been paid or a credit card guarantee given.

Bookings for Long Weekends and Easter

  • Deposits held are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled anytime after the booking is made.
  • 14 days before arrival the the full tariff is payable and will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled
  • Moving a booking forward to another date will only be allowed with 7 days notice. The deposit held will be come non refundable if the new booking is cancelled.
  • Changes to the number of nights booked within 7 days of arrival, on arrival or after arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the value of the nights cancelled.

Long Stay Bookings

  • The first week’s tariff must be paid in advance or guaranteed by credit card.
  • A $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all bookings cancelled after a deposit has been processed or a credit card guarantee given.
  • 14 days before the arrival date the first week’s tariff becomes the cancellation fee.
  • Departure Service Fee of $100.00 will be applied to all long-term bookings of 4 weeks or more.
  • Moving a booking forward to another date or reducing the number of confirmed nights either before or after arrival will incur a fee equal to a weeks tariff unless 7 days notice is given.
  • Accounts must be settled monthly in advance for bookings of more than 28 days and weekly in advance for bookings less than 28 days.
  • Travel Agent bookings will be quoted net to Country Apartments and will be invoiced monthly in advance for bookings longer than 28 days or for the whole stay for bookings less than 28 days.
  • A surcharge of 3% will apply to long-term accounts settled by Diners Club cards. There is no surcharge on American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
  • A full housemaid service will be provided once a week.
  • Additional persons accommodated during a long-term stay that were not included in the quote are charged $20.00 per extra person per night.

Our Tariff Policies and Conditions

Tariffs

  • Our tariffs quoted are per apartment and based on the number of people being accommodated;
  • Children are counted as a person regardless of age.  Babies up to 10 months old where we don’t have to provide a cot are Free. Once a child is crawling or walking we class them as a person;
  • Both Corporate and Family floor plan apartments are  charged at the same rate.

Daily Service

  • There is no daily servicing included in the tariffs listed. Our apartments are marketed as self-contained Dubbo accommodation and are only serviced on departure;
  • A daily service can be requested for an additional charge of $25.00 per day for Family and Corporate apartments and $35.00 per day for Deluxe Spa apartments and the Cottage.

Corporate Rates

  • Special Corporate Rates are available to persons in Dubbo on business Sundays to Fridays;
  • Because our internet booking facility involves fees to a third party, Special Corporate Rates can only be obtained by telephone bookings made directly with our receptionist or by using the email enquiry form;
  • Corporate customers are given a daily housemaid service as part of their corporate rate although this does not extend to corporate customers that choose to bring their families.

Credit Cards

 

  • We accept all major credit cards on our premises;
  • We reserve the right to apply a 3% surcharge to accounts paid by Diners Club cards;
  • American Express, Visa and Mastercard are the only cards you can use to book on-line and are free of any surcharge.
