Country Apartments checked their first customer in on 1st July 1993. They booked for 4 nights arriving Monday and departing Friday. The same company has been repeating this booking ever since. Now that is 26 years of repeating business week after week.
How do you create such loyalty?
There are lots of things you can do but the most successful is to make the guest feel important.
So we cater to each individual special needs. These needs are not ordered by the guest but observed and added to the pre arrival preparation.
Some like a particular brand of coffee. Others prefer the apartment prepared in a particular way
Perhaps a plastic coat hanger in the bathroom ready to hang a washed shirt or the iron and ironing board set up ready for use in the lounge room.
When a guest repeats for so long they literally become part of our Country Apartments family and it is comforting to acknowledge how easily our staff adopt them and their special needs.
