Dubbo is a delightful city of 38,000 people and now includes many residential suburbs. You will be assured of a quiet and comfortable stay at Country Apartments as we are not located on either of the two busy highways that pass through the city. Brisbane Street runs parallel to the main Macquarie Street and has 3 sections - North, Central and South. We are located at the start of the Southern section. It is only a five minute walk to the main shopping area and less to McDonalds, RSL Club, family restaurants and Blockbuster Video.

One of the most frequently asked questions is "How far are you from the Zoo?" All of Dubbo is only 5 minutes from the Zoo and we feel your best option is to choose accommodation where you can explore the delights of our Central Business district without having to use your car.
