A deposit equal to the first night's tariff is required on all bookings. You can post a cheque or give a credit number over the phone.
Credit cards will be activated for the deposit amount.

 

Peak Holiday Season Rates apply during the following periods:

     Summer Holidays:   15/12/06 to 14/01/07    Autumn Holidays:  30/03/07 to 22/04/07 

     Winter Holidays:     22/06/06 to 15/07/06    Spring Holidays:   21/09/07 to 14/10/07

Please Note: No single night bookings are taken over Easter and Long Weekends. Minimum number of nights and non arrival and non departure days are applied and can only be booked by phone.

 

Corporate Rates

Special Corporate rates are available to persons in Dubbo on business Sunday to Fridays. Because our internet booking facility involves fees to a third party these rates can only be obtained by Telephone Booking direct to our Reception or by using the Email Enquiry Form below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A $20.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all bookings cancelled after a deposit has been processed or a credit card guarantee given. 

  • This fee increases to $50.00 if a booking is cancelled over Easter, Long Weekends or our Peak School Holiday periods.  

  • 7 Days before your arrival date the first night’s tariff becomes the cancellation fee.  

  • For Bookings on Weekly Rates, 1 week's tariff will be the cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.

  •  Moving a booking forward to another date will be subject to the above cancellation fees until the cancelled period has been re-let.

  • All apartments with-in a Group Booking of 3 or more Apartments will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee per apartment if any one or more apartments are cancelled after a deposit has been paid or credit card guarantee given.

  • Changes to confirmed bookings after arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of all days cancelled.

 

COUNTRY APARTMENTS GENERAL POLICIES

  • Our tariffs quoted are per apartment and based on the number of persons being accommodated. Children are counted as a person regardless of age. Babies up to 6 months old where we don't have to provide a cot are Free. Once a child is either crawling or walking we class them as a person.

  • Both "Corporate" Floorplan and "Family" Floorplan apartments are charged at the same rate.

  • Daily Service :
    A daily housemaid service is included in the tariff for  Single, Double and Twin Occupancy guests in Dubbo on business Monday to Fridays. We are happy to provide daily servicing to family and leisure guests for an additional charge of     $15.00 per day for Apartments and $20.00 per day for the Cottage and Spa Suites.

    Travel Agent Policy for Daily Tariffs:
    All daily rates quoted are net to Country Apartments and any commissions charged must be additional.

 

The Cottage: On the same site but separate to the apartments is seldom available for nightly bookings in advance as it is held for guests requiring longer term accommodation. If it is offered for short stays of one or more nights, to fill gaps, then the above Apartment Rates plus $10.00 per night apply. From time to time we are happy to move a booking to "The Cottage" if it is available and a request for this option has been made.

Availability for "The Cottage" is not shown on the Availability Web Link so enquiries must be made via email or phone.

Zoo Tickets:

The Zoo sells tickets to  families of 3 or more at a 15% discount at the gate so the best deal is to buy your family ticket at the Zoo.

Pensioners, Seniors and Student concessions are also better buying at the gate.

Children under 4 are Free

The Zoo has recently introduced new prices and all tickets now cover 2 day entry. The days must be consecutive.

Please Note: You can not pre-book bikes or electric carts. 

Early morning walks cannot be pre-booked. You just arrive at the entry by 6.45am on the designated days.
