Cancellation Policy for Short Stays

A $20.00 cancellation fee will be charged to all bookings cancelled after a deposit has been paid or a credit card guarantee given.
7 days before arrival the first nights tariff becomes the cancellation fee.
Moving a booking forward to another date will be subject to the above cancellation fees until the cancelled period has been re-let.
Changes to confirmed bookings on or after arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of the days cancelled.

Our Tariff Policies and Conditions

Our tariffs quoted are per apartment and based on the number of persons being accommodated.
Children are counted as a person regardless of age. Babies up to 10 months old where we don't have to provide a cot are Free. Once a child is crawling or walking we class them as a person.
Both Corporate and Family floor plan apartments are charged at the same rate.

There is no daily servicing included in the tariffs listed. Our apartments are marketed as self contained accommodation and are only serviced on departure.
A daily service can be requested for an additional charge of $15.00 per day for Family and Corporate apartments and $25.00 per day for Deluxe Spa apartments and the Cottage.

Special Corporate Rates are available to persons in Dubbo on business Sundays to Fridays.
Because our internet booking facility involves fees to a third party these rates can only be obtained by telephone bookings made direct with our reception or by using the email enquiry form.
Corporate customers are given a daily housemaid service as part of their corporate rate though this does not extend to corporate customers that choose to bring their families.

We accept all major credit cards at the property
We reserve the right to apply a 3% surcharge to accounts paid by American Express and Diners Club cards
Visa & Mastercard are the only cards you can use to book on-line
